Senior Structural Designer
Location: Melbourne OR Perth Based

Are you ready to elevate your career? I am looking for a talented Senior Structural Designer for a full service Engineering Firm with a strong client list and project pipeline across Australia. Work on exciting project design and manage projects for tier 1 clients such as Rio, BHP, etc across AUS and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Structural Designer you will:

• Detailed design of structural plant elements
• Prepare design drawings with sufficient detail for fabrication where required
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams

Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering
• 6+ years of multidisciplinary Project experience
• Relevant experience in mining, minerals processing, and/or bulk materials handling industries.
• Experience across a range of commodities, including gold, copper, lithium and iron ore
• Knowledge of industry standards in the Australian mining sector
• Experienced with design software such as MicroStation and Prosteel desirable
  Excellent organisational, communication, & time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, a go-getter attitude
